Ilan Rubin (geboren am 7. Juli 1988) ist ein amerikanischer Musiker, Produzent, Songwriter, Komponist und Künstler. Er ist vor allem als Schlagzeuger bei Bands wie Nine Inch Nails, Paramore, Lostprophets, Angels & Airwaves und Danny Elfman bekannt. 2008 gründete er die Band The New Regime, bei der er singt und alle Instrumente im Studio spielt und bei Live-Auftritten mit einer Band Gitarre spielt. Im Jahr 2021 veröffentlichte Ilan zum ersten Mal Musik unter seinem eigenen Namen. Seine Debütsingle "Talk Talk Talk" wurde von Phantogram geremixt.
Als Mitglied von Nine Inch Nails wurde Rubin 2020 in die Rock and Roll Hall of Fame aufgenommen, als jüngster lebender Teilnehmer in ihrer Geschichte.
